Full Time Graphic Design & Marketing Intern

Hark is growing, and we are now seeking a highly competent individual to assist in the ongoing development of content creation for a variety of internal work and client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing a variety of marketing and promotional materials for print and web
  • Attend client facing meetings
  • Create designs and actively update Hark site

Required Expertise:

  • Solid graphic design skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced work environment as a productive team member

Additional Details:

  • Paid internship
  • Work week: Full-Time up to 40 hours

SEO & Social Media Internship

Responsibilities:

  • On-page Search Engine Optimization such as keyword research and optimization, metadata implementation, and image optimization
  • Link building activities including blogger outreach
  • Social media activities and best practices
  • Cross-browser testing
  • A/B Testing

Requirements:

Creative Liaison/Web Project Manager

Hark is seeking an experienced Creative Liaison/Web Project Manager to serve as the interface between our clients and our design and development teams. This role includes being responsible for managing calendars, resource allocation, and workflows for many ongoing client projects and facilitating our once a week internal planning meetings. This is a lynchpin role in our studio and you’ll be able to interact with many of our clients and drive projects in the studio internally.

As The Creative Liaison/Web Project Manager you will:

  • Communicate directly with internal staff to ensure that creative projects proceed smoothly and meet all client goals, as well as directly with clients frequently
  • Interface with clients for updates and to understand needs for design and development teams
  • Maintain relationships with clients and third party vendors to facilitate projects
  • Maintain calendars, timelines and task lists for all creative projects
  • Develop and maintain creative management processes and standards across print, and digital projects
  • Develop and maintain both internal and client status reports for all creative projects
  • Help to create estimates for new client work
  • Proofread all project materials prior to release
  • Ensure that outside vendors have all the necessary information and documents throughout the creative process

Skills, experience and education:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience managing creative design and web projects across multiple platforms, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A can do attitude to help solve client needs and shepherd projects thought the studio.
